When it comes to game day snacks, family dinners, or even a fun Friday night in, nothing beats a plate of finger-licking chicken wings. The problem? Most wings are deep-fried in refined oils, drenched in sugary sauces, and leave you feeling heavy.
Enter these Crispy Asian-Inspired Air Fryer Wings. They’re everything you love about wings, crispy, juicy, and coated in a sticky, flavor-packed sauce, but made lighter, gluten-free, and nourishing for your body.
What makes these wings different?
- Air fryer crispiness without deep frying – Tapioca flour and a touch of baking powder create that irresistible golden crunch, no vats of oil required.
- Gut-friendly swaps –Â Coconut aminos replace soy sauce for a gluten-free, soy-free umami flavor.
- Flavor, not fillers – The sauce is powered by Everiday Chili.
Ingredient spotlight
- Tapioca flour: A starch derived from cassava root. It’s naturally gluten-free and helps create that light, crisp coating.
- Coconut aminos: A savory sauce made from coconut sap. It’s slightly sweeter than soy sauce, but with a rich umami flavor that works perfectly in Asian-inspired dishes.
- Everiday Chili Sauce/Oil: Packed with bold heat and depth, without seed oils. It’s what gives these wings their addictive kick.
