Sugar leads to problems such as constant cravings, energy crashes, mood swings, anxiety, brain fog, a negative relationship with food, stubborn weight, gut imbalances, hormonal imbalance, PCOD, insulin resistance, diabetes, heart disease, and so much more.
This group program is designed to help you understand sugar, where it might be hiding, how your body responds to it, and what you can do to improve your relationship and response to it through diet and lifestyle.
