GUILT-FREE DONUT HOLES THAT PACK A PROTEIN PUNCH!
Who says donuts can’t be part of a healthy lifestyle? These high protein donut holes are soft, chewy, and just the right amount of sweet, without the sugar crash.
Packed with wholesome ingredients like almond flour, creamy Greek yogurt, and your favorite vanilla protein powder, they make a perfect post-workout snack, after-school treat, or a healthier dessert option.
The recipe uses almond flour, a naturally gluten-free flour made from finely ground almonds that adds nutty flavor and healthy fats. Paired with protein powder, it boosts the protein content and helps keep you fuller for longer. You’ll also add plain Greek yogurt, which keeps the donut holes moist while sneaking in extra protein.
Serve them warm and fluffy straight from the air fryer, dusted with a touch of powdered sugar, or drizzle with melted dark chocolate for a more indulgent twist. They’re delicious on their own, but also pair beautifully with a cup of coffee, matcha, or even tucked into a kid’s lunchbox for a protein-rich treat.
Get creativen and change up the filling. Berries would be a great one!
These donut holes come together in under 20 minutes, making them your new go-to for when you’re craving something sweet but still want to fuel your body right.
