Peanut Butter Sweet & Salty Silken Tofu

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 300g block of silken tofu (ideally organic/non-gmo)
  • 1 to 2 Tbsp natural peanut butter butter
  • A generous sprinkle of Ceylon cinnamon
  • A drizzle of your sweetener of choice - honey, zero honey, maple syrup
  • A sprinkle of flakey sea salt

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Plate and pat dry your tofu
  2. Slather on the peanut butter
  3. Sprinkle on the cinnamon
  4. Drizzle on the sweetener of choice
  5. Finish with a touch of flakey sea salt
  6. Dive in!
