Solé

Let’s talk about Solé (pronounced Solay)

Let's face it, most of us are stressed, and more often than we should be!

Being continuously stressed is never a good thing, and can lead to something called adrenal fatigue or adrenal dysfunction… This can leave you feeling wired, exhausted, and straight-up miserable.

Solé is a simple addition to your routine to help support those adrenals and replenish your minerals which can get majorly depleted with stress.

So what is solé?

Quite simply – Saltwater.

How do you make it?

Fill a glass jar 1/4 up with good quality salt (i.e. Himalayan, Celtic, sea). Fill the rest of the bottle with filtered water. Cover (with a plastic lid) and let it sit overnight for the water to get saturated. You know your water is saturated if you have a little salt left at the bottom of your jar. If you don't, add some more salt and check again tomorrow.

How do you use it?

add a tsp of solé to your morning glass of water and drink it on an empty stomach.

Why is solé good for me?

Despite the rumors, salt isn't bad for us. It is:

1. Packed with minerals
2. Helps with detoxification
3. Helps with keeping us hydrated
4. Very therapeutic for the adrenals

How does it help the adrenals?

When the adrenals are dysfunctional, one of the hormones that are affected is aldosterone. This hormone regulates sodium & potassium in the body and helps maintain the fluid balance in our cells, along with our blood pressure. When the adrenals are dysfunctional this balance gets thrown off, and that's why we tend to crave salt.⠀
Including just a tsp of solé in your morning water can help reestablish that balance and help to replenish our minerals. 🙌🏽

I hope you guys found that helpful. Please drop a comment👇🏼 if you have any questions!
